Is there a theme for moodle, based on adminlte?

I saw that project, it is already 3 years old. I wrote to the developer, he said they developed it for Moodle version 3.4 or 3.5.
Anyway, I tried to install it and I couldn't.
I followed the installation instructions:
"1.Got to your moodle / theme folder and clone this repo:
$ git clone https://github.com/Multisistemas/moodle-theme_adminlte.git adminlte
2. Install dependencies: $ composer install
3. Install theme from moodle web administration. "
And it does not appear from the theme selector, in moodle.
