We would like to have a one-time access fee for our entire moodle site that would allow everyone to be auto-enrolled into all the courses.   We would like to have the option of how often to request this fee... 1/month 1/quarter etc. 

We do not want to store the CCs or any financial information, just send an email telling the user that his/her enrollment period has expired (will expire in xxx days) and have them go through the payment routine on their own.

Or if we have to handle the money outside of moodle we would like a way to auto-enroll a person into every course without going to each course and manually adding them...maybe some kind of course-enrollment script?

We currently have turned OFF the paypal/course feature and have set a 90 day limit for each course because the individual course payments became too confusing to our users.  Now we have no way of tracking who has paid for access to the site.

Will this type of functionality be available soon?

Unfortunately we did not find any good solution for this. 

As we couldn't continue with the paypal approach as it was too confusing for the users and we don't have the man power to monitor it,  we made the site and all the courses Free and have put up donation buttons (paypal).
