We are trying to connect to an external Azure SQL database to authenticate our users, but are getting a connection timeout issue- I've tried the gateway IP's provided by Microsoft, and one of them finally takes a bit longer, so it is connecting. Has anyone experienced this problem? Is it Microsoft blocking moodle trying to connect to the database?
