You are not in a course there - you need to go into your course and then from (I think, from memory with your theme) Course admin >Users>Enrolment methods>Self enrolment and then you will see the options Enrolment key and also Group enrolment key.

You need to add an enrolment key - one is required because it must have been set as required in Site admin> Plugins>Enrolment>Self enrolment but you have not added one there in the course. And then go to where your second screenshot is and make sure the eye of Self enrolment is opened.
