this is a block using cross browser css to display all categories and cources inside
hope it's usefull for some of you.
extract this code in a new folder named agp_all_categories in the moodle blocks dir
[so extract in /[moodle_path]/blocks/agp_all_categories/[!here!] ]
needs some fixing in internet explorer !
please post feedback and corrections for those some minor problems in ie !

has anybody done this with a different way using phplayers menu(http://phplayersmenu.sourceforge.net/)?
