We recently upgraded our Moodle from 3.7.1 to 3.9 because of Chrome related issues. We still have serious SCORM tracking issues in course made with Composica authoring tool. It happens most often in Chrome
and Chromium based Edge, but sometimes in Firefox also. Sometimes it doesn't write any SCORM tracking data when user finishes the lesson. Sometimes it writes everything. Sometimes it writes that user started a lesson but not the score (core.score.raw) - this one does not happen in Firefox.
I've been through a lot of testing, spent almost 20 hours on troubleshooting but with no luck in solving the issue. I'm going nuts with it. Any suggestions?

Firefox doesn't have issues. My testing procedures were faulty. Chrome and Edge, in the other hand, really have problems but I managed to solve them by applying two patches suggested in comments of the Moodle Tracker https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-67175
