Cron job encoding error while sync

Hi everyone,

I have Moodle 3.6 and use external DB enrollment plugin to create and sync our courses,

Our courses name is in Arabic, when I run the sync through schedule task all thins is ok and Arabic courses name are created, but when I test it through cron jobs (php /var/www/html/moodle/admin/cli/cron.php) they appears as question mark like this (??????? ????? ?????? 1 ????)

Any help?

Perhaps this can be fixed installing mlterm (Multi Lingual TERMinal emulator)
#sudo apt install mlterm
