Hi Rafael,
I (and in the German forum) a lot of other users have the same problem with IONOS. I asked IONOS about a solution of this problem, but never get a serious answer.
Could you tell me the name of these 8 files, please?
Obliviously this problem affects H5P as well.

I think it is better if you open the folder with a program like Visual Studio Code and do a "Replace all". Anyway, these are the files:
  1. mod\lti\services.php
  2. mod\lti\classes\local\ltiservice\resource_base.php
  3. lib\configonlylib.php
  4. lib\setuplib.php
  5. lib\weblib.php
  6. lib\horde\framework\Horde\Util.php
  7. lib\tests\configonlylib_test.php
  8. lib\typo3\class.t3lib_div.php
