Hello All,

I am new to moodle and trying to update a clients old lesson.

When I upload the new SCORM package it doesnt play. I get a blank screen. If I then upload the old  - it plays.

Both the old file and new file were created with the same version of Articulate StoryLine 2 using (presumably) the same settings. And both play within the Storyline preview - So Im pretty certain it isnt the file.

I have reset caches in moodle each time.

I am using moodle version 3.5 / PHP 7.1.33 / MYSql 

Any insight would be helpful - Thanks

Funny .... Bueller shouldn't be in NYC due to Covid19 ... probably @ home!

SCORM's using HTML5 or old Flash?

Turn on debugging.

Check web service error logs.
