Thank you for your message.

Yes, I think that it would be extremely convenient to advise when there are planned activities that will imply a delay in sending emails.

In this way we could prepare ourselves. Also, we would avoid the uncertainty caused by a sudden interruption of the communications, not knowing the reasons.

In our case, we have been sending emails (out of Moodlecloud) to our students, that now have received the information duplicated. It's not a good image...
