Suddenly our moodleclod.school site has stopped sending forum notifications.
It was working without problems but since yesterday forums do not send notifications.
Any idea about this problem, and how to solve it?
I'm afraid that the problem can affect also other notifications (as notifications to students when an assignment is revised and corrected.

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem.
It's the second time it happens within a month.
The first time, about a month ago, everything my students or I published on the forums was not sent via email. So, I had to revise every single forum to see if I had not corrected anything. After about a week, I started receiving the forum messages again and the service started to work normally.
However, yesterday (10/06/2020) the same thing happened and we're not getting the emails from the forum posts.
I would be grateful if someone could help or if we can do something to solve it.

Yes, I think that it would be extremely convenient to advise when there are planned activities that will imply a delay in sending emails.
In this way we could prepare ourselves. Also, we would avoid the uncertainty caused by a sudden interruption of the communications, not knowing the reasons.
In our case, we have been sending emails (out of Moodlecloud) to our students, that now have received the information duplicated. It's not a good image...
