Moodle Grade Report show 0 on scorm result

Does anyone have the same experience on moodle grade report? I have published a scorm 1.2 using ispring 8.7, the user got a 94% in on quiz, but the grader report shows 0, but for some users they got the same report on moodle grade and on the quiz. pls help how to solve this. 

the moodle was hosted in hostgator shared hosting.

Same issue here with course made with Composica authoring tool. It happens only in Chrome and Chromium based Edge, but not in Firefox. We upgraded our Moodle to 3.9 because of recent Chrome related issues but it didn't help. It works sometimes but sometimes it doesn't.
