Hi folks! 

I'm having some problems with the BigBlueButton for two weeks from now and I didn't got a solution.

When I try to create an BBB resource to any of my Moodle classrooms, I get this error message: 

error/bigbluebuttonbn/general error unable connect

I triple check my BBB Server, changed my secret API and the error still remains.

Curiosity: when I do bbb-conf --secret to get the secret, the command also returned a link to Github API-Mate: https://mconf.github.io/api-mate/#server=https://fplvirtual.fpl.edu.br/bigbluebutton/&sharedSecret=0x18DBB234A93511EAA6FED33DFC2CA371

Opening the link, I got some options to test my BBB Server. And every single option worked. Create a videoconference room, join to this room, end the video conference. Everything works fine, except at Moodle.

Yesterday, I've updated the BBB plugin and still nothing. 

Can anyone help me? Thanks!
