Hello everyone!
So I created questions in the question bank of one course. I tried to bulk move these questions to the system level so that I can access them in another course (I really need to reuse them in another course) but the system crashed. So I decided to export the questions and import them back into the question bank of another course.
Problem:
I arranged the questions that I imported into a new question bank into categories. As I was filling the categories with associated questions, I kept losing the categories I had just created. In the end, I ended up losing almost all questions that were imported into the new question bank, under "default for course" category, the bank has only 12 questions remaining out of a total of 412 questions that I had imported.
Has anyone experienced this problem and how can it be solved? Thank you.
