Hi everyone, I'm not new to LMS systems in General, but I'm fairly new to Moodle. I haven't used it probably 5 or 6 years.
I'm having some issues that don't make any sense to me, I'm hoping someone can help.
I have several courses that have the SCORM packages uploaded and the courses are visible and learners are enrolled. We have multiple users broken out by different companies. For some users the courses in question work fine, but others are reporting that the course will not mark them as complete once they are done. I've gone in and verified that "Completion Tracking" is enabled.
Logic seems to dictate that if some users get it to work fine but others don't, it's not a problem with the course setting in the system as a problem there would apply universally to all users.
Is there are a setting on the user profile or company profile that might affect this? I poked through the settings and didn't see anything obvious. I'm guessing it might be a cache issue, but I don't know for sure.
