I would like my students to be able to review the lesson freely as many times as they want after completion. However, when I test this it is displaying "Attempt 1" etc. - is it possible to remove this?
Any Update on this please is there away to hide the attempt number

I'm not seeing this whatever I try. Trying on both the Boost and Fordson themes. What version of Moodle and what theme are you using?
Without being able to replicate, have you tried setting the lesson to practice? Its in the Lessons Grade settings. Doing this will stop the lesson showing in the grade book, but allows for unlimited reviews.
