SCORM from Articulate Rise only displaying content in left hand side of page

When SCORM from Articulate Rise opens up it shoves everything to a side bar on the left hand side. Using Moodle 3.7.2  Ignoring the reality that it should show it over the full screen. Screencast of issue can be seen here 
Also included in screencast shows in ScormCloud it works fine. Please let me know any ideas. Thanks!
