I am having a baffling problem with a moodle install. I have set up a course and assessments with completions statuses. for the course units the user has to view the course to mark as completed and for the assessment they have to achieve 'passed' status to be marked complete. The content for both are from Rise.
it all works fine for a few days, however, after around 3 days additional criteria in the activity completion tick themselves - specifically, 'Passed' and 'Completed' in the 'require status' section. I have no idea why this happens, as I said it does it without any admin ticking them and when it happens it then stops the completion status from working for learners.
I cant find any info about this on any other discussion.
The moodle site is using version Moodle 3.7.3 with Lambda theme.
