Course completion is not getting marked and also the grades are not getting recorded in the grade book.
I am using Moodle 3.7. We have a Quiz having Attempts around to 200,000 and from the past few days facing the issue with some users that when they attempt the activity successfully the course completion is not getting marked and also the grades are not getting recorded in the grade book but we can view the user score in the quiz attempt report but cannot see the grades in the grade book.
The course settings are as follows
- Attempts Allowed - 2
- Grading Method- Last Attempt
- Activity Completion - "Students must receive a grade to complete this activity."
Note: No Error found in CRON.
I Have also seen the post-https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=383137 for reference but was not able to get any help from this.
