Simple is often the best.
I login to Moodle as a student and share my browser view to the students using Zoom. I can display web pages, play audio and video and demo anything in Moodle including a quiz. Students have their own login and can follow later. No plugin required.
By using a second login as Teacher I can change what is displayed and check such things as self submitted attendance or quiz attempts.
