I am using version 3.8 of Moodle as an administrator.
When a teacher user uses the file picker, the files can be viewed in different folders (personal, server, recent, etc.).
Is it possible to manage files in a specific block (a file manager)?
It seems to me that there is a "File server" block but I don't understand how to configure it so that it is visible to users.
