Hi there,

Are you the administrator of the site? If you aren't get, in touch with your site administrator. If you don't know who that is, talk to your teachers.

If you are the administrator, one possible cause is that the url configured for the site has a redirect (for example http to https). Can you check if that's the case?

I also have the same problem. Yes it is getting redirected from http: to https: although I give full url starting with https:// in the mobile app.
