I am trying to install Moodle 3.8.3 on my computer.

I am getting the errors in the pictures.

You need to do all the things in red on the screen above.

This begs the question "how did you get here?". How are you trying to install Moodle. What instructions are you following?

I have installed xampp first, ans then tried installing moodle locally, but i got these errors.
