Is it possible to limit a teacher access within a course, only to part of it?

Hello,
Can I use restrict access based on the teacher's unique email address? All teachers belong to separate groups in our course, so maybe there's a way to restrict access for a certain group, but the problem is that teachers in one group have different topics and should have access to those accordingly.
