please help me to solve my problem,
i go through each step in the installation quick guide , but until i click install i wait more times but the screen is white,
i installed everything , php and apache and also mysql.
please help me

That most likely can be a memory related issue, the install script runs out of memory or execution time and you will get a blank page.
What are the values of PHP max execution time and PHP memory limit? If you are installing on a slow server you might want to increase those values.

You'll still have an error log. BTW... don't make two postings for what is, effectively, the same problem.

If you have a local server you should know where are your logs and your php settings. That info should lead to your problem.
