Hi,
I have 2 groups set up in a course (group A & B). Each group has to take 2 tests as their final exam (group A has 2 tests ; group B has 2 other tests ; 4 tests in total + 2 mock exams, 1 per group).
I know it is possible to show grades only for group A or group B within the gradebook, however, I am quite puzzled that the grade weights should be only 50 for each grade category. In the below screenshot, the first grade category weighs nothing as "examens blancs" means "mock exams" in French. But then, there is no way I could set the first of the two remaining categories as being "only for group A (or B)" and weighing 100. Does this mean that, even if students do get the max grade out of their 2 tests, they won't be able to validate the course ? Group restrictions used within a course should mirror within the gradebook to avoid such a situation... Is there any trick to make things work the way they should here ?
