I want to achieve that questions come in a correct order. I tried setting Randomize questions to no, but I don't notice any change in behaviour. If someone knows, I'll be happy to write up some documentation on https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/mod/game/millionaire
I've put the questions in the question bank in the correct order using question names starting with 01, 02, 03, ... but that is also not respected.
I 've found an old forum post https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=116101#p560270 that talks about the ability to order questions in the question bank, but I can't find that feature, nor documentation about it in the current Moodle version (3.8)
I've also noticed that the shuffel answer setting in the question is not respected. Answers are always shuffled. Can that be prevented in any way?
