Maybe somebody can share the approach how to deal with this in a different way?
I'm not keen to cloning the course every time when QB needs to be updated though.
Duplicating tests will break course completion as they will be as a different activities.
I have found a topic about Quiz Versioning. That would work as old version will preserve student results, new version will have all questions included and the activity itself will save activity completion.
