Is there a way to lock student's answer after they move to next question?

For example: student answering question 1, then go to question 5 without answer it, then they return to question 1, they unable to edit the answer because they answer it already, then go to question 5 again, student able to answer it because they haven't answer it.

I believe what you want to do is the following:
click "Edit settings" and toggle open the "Layout" section:
1. Change the "New Page" dropdown to "Every Question"
2. change the "navigation method" dropdown to "Sequential"

This puts each question on a new page, and students cannot skip around.

But, if I set it to sequential, the student won't be able to jump to random question number. They have to answer the questions sequentially. It's unfair for them if they want to do the easiest question first.

I'm looking for the student able to jump to another question, but not allowed to change the answer if they return to answered question.
