The QA Test guide says, "Only assign one issue at a time unless you plan to test a number of
related issues within the next 24 hours. In other words, don't assign
several issues to yourself then do nothing for several days. "
Is there anything that can be done about tests that fall into this category of, "do nothing for several days?"
