How to add title before name?

Hello Everyone,
I want to add title before names of students in certificate. Means, Now its printing name as "John Doe", instead this, I want "Mr. John Doe". Is there any way to achieve this?

Currently what I did is, I created new custom profile field for title, which will be filled from user at the time of registration. Now, If I tried to add it in certifiate, both title gets misplaced as there is difference in length of names.

Is there any shortest or easiest way to do it?

When you have two fields next to each other, such as title and name. Right justify the Title field and Left Justify the Name field. It may work for you.

Ohh, that's a good idea! Now, I have to align both of them to center! I mean, if even if name is longer, it should be at center.
