If you push closed captioning from youtube in your H5P videos
in moodle the playback rate won't work. If you don't push closed
captioning the playback rate will work. However, Canvas does not have
this problem with H5P videos. In Canvas the playback rate works with or without closed
captioning pushed from youtube.
