I was wondering if it were possible to have custom grade letters on Moodle that aren't reliant on a specific mark?
Example - to pass a specific unit, the student has to pass both the unit and the exam. Therefore a student will not pass the unit if they passed the unit but failed the exam.
In these types of instances, it would be good to have an "FE" (Failed exam) type grade that we can manually override the "F". This would also provide us with an immediate indication on why a student may have got a pass mark, but ultimately failed.
Apologies in advance if this has been answered, but I did a quick look through the forums and couldn't find a direct answer for this scenario.
We are currently on Moodle 3.7.3+.
