I checked the error.log files and this is what I get

"Default exception handler: A required parameter (username) was missing Debug: \nError code: missingparam\n* line 494 of /lib/setuplib.php: moodle_exception thrown\n* line 562 of /lib/moodlelib.php: call to print_error()\n* line 34 of /login/token.php: call to required_param()\n"

Sorry, I am not a specialist in this field and expected somebody else would take over. To my understanding the token comes in connection with authentication via the Web API https://docs.moodle.org/38/en/Using_web_services#Create_a_token. Since the problem doesn't happen with a normal browser, might want to ask the moderator to move this discussion to the Moodle Mobile forum.

What is you Moodle version, the PHP version? Are the mobile apps the latest versions?
