Good morning Tracey. If you install the Configurable Reports plugin you can write a report with the option to download the result in CSV or XLS format. Of course, this assumes you or someone you have access can write SQL queries. If you do not have a SQL resource, fear not! Their is an excellent resource HERE for community-contributed reports.
