Hi,

we have a small problem with the BBB running on another server:

When we create a session via the plugin in Moodle, the first call to the conference always leads to this error: bigbluebuttonbn/unreachable

If we then update the call or website (F5), everything works perfectly.

Maybe the time for a response from the server is too slow? 

Is there an easy fix for this?

Hi,

we did not find a solution for this issue while still having this problem. It seems that the BBB-Server-Responding isn't fast enough.

But we still have no idea how to change this.

Hi Ewald,

Thanks for replying, our issue was fixed when all the ports in the firewall were opened, not just the ones mentioned in the instructions.

We now have the ICE 1007 error, seems we'll need to install a TURN server for that.
