Am using moodle 3.8 and need to provide our moodle app URL or domain to PROQUEST which is an online information service to enable students to access research materials via the mobile app. The URL supplied is validated by pro quest to allow access, works fine from our site but not from the app. Not sure how to access our app URL/domain.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Jonathan,
You can find the url to your site in settings, not sure if that's what you need. If it isn't working in the mobile app, can you check that you're using the same network as for visiting the site? I don't know the specifics of your situation, but sometimes with this kind of network restrictions the mobile network doesn't work in the same way as the wifi.
