It seems since the end of March, our Windows application log is full of the error posted below. Seemingly at random, we have also been getting the "Error: Database connection failed" message, but that doesn't seem to align with the timing of the application error. If the user refreshes they can continue just fine. Our database team has not seen any issues on the SQL sever that would relate to this (or any errors at all).
I need help troubleshooting the error below as well as the database connection error assuming they aren't actually related.
