Hello,
I've read a bunch of forums on this subject and, although I can find suggestions of methods to try, I can't find out if they work. I tried out many of the methods but I still can't figure out if I can convert Equations created in MS Equations (in Word) directly into Moodle.
I've tried:
a) Using the Word Import Plugin (where two plugins need to be installed)
b) Using the plugin where you need to create a book to import the Word File
c) The plugin where you need to export a file first, then import it back in
d) One plugin where you import into a question bank
e) I tried checking the box "Copy MathML to the clipboard as plain text", but I'm not sure what to do with this, as when I paste it then import it, it doesn't show up in the right format (as per below)
e) I've also tried finding intermediary solutions where I put the word file into something else to then bring it into Moodle.
As an example, this is what I end up pasting directly from Word
Find the antiderivative of y= (4∛x+3)/∛xI could try putting dollar signs around it but it doesn't change the divisor : $$y= (4∛x+3)/∛x$$
What it should look like is (which I manually typed in):
Find the antiderivative of \(y=\frac{4\sqrt[3]{x}+3}{\sqrt[3]{x}}\)
