I have created now a new MoodleCloud site with free plan. If I keep logging in every single day, will it be deleted after the 45 days of trial? I would like to keep going on free because I have a little few users.

Yes, at the end of your free trial your site will be deleted. However you will have the ability to upgrade to one of our inexpensive paid plans.
