Installing and upgrading help

Update. Re-ran both file and database migration from scratch having found that a module update was available on the original  host. Now most of the files work although mysteriously a few remain blank. I think this is absolutely a lesson in ensuring that the code base on both machines is identical and not to get any form of upgrade by stealth going on at the same time. Next time I'll do an rsync of the code rather than a git pull plus module install.
