We have created a role based on Teacher (non-editing) for our study administrators.
This role can go "all the way" with downloading an Excel file of the participants in a course, except for the last step, the actual downloading. That ends up on a blank page, /user/action_redir.php.
There must be a permission missing in the role, but I cannot find which one. Any suggestions?
