Which wildcard  stands up for "NOT X"?

I need this for an embedded question - I want the students to write yes for some items and other items to leave empty or write no - NOT YES = right answer.

Hello Ahmad,

{1:SHORTANSWER:%0%Yes~%100%*} will give "yes", "Yes", "YES", "yES", etc. as incorrect and any other answer are correct. However students have to answer something, they should not leave the answer box empty because it will be interpreted as incomplete.
