Good day,

I am currently using Moodle 3.5.2+ Build version. When downloading an excel file, I get the below error:

When I change to csv format, the downloaded file is always empty.

Also downloaded and installed the Reports: Extended Log Search plugin and I still  get the same error for both file types. .

Reports: Extended log search

Can you please see if you can assist with this issue?

Regards

Hi,
am also facing a problem with fetching logs from a web base
It is showing logs in report but when I tried to export in .csv, .xlsx, .ods none of them were working
In .csv its downloading as shown your 1kb file
and .xlsx and .ods are showing

This error is shown when I try to export the site-wide logs in xlsx or ods format

Hi

I have nailed the problem and fixed it.

First, I found this article.
https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=338364

I set the site Debugging mode and downloaded the csv file.
In a downloaded file, I could read something like this.

Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 112385280 bytes) in xxxxxxx/lib/dml/mysqli_native_moodle_database.php

Mine was gradebook result anyway, and I see the course size is above 1.2G or some.
My memory_limit of php.ini was just 128M, so I set it to 2048M.
I reloaded httpd and php-fpm.
Now I could download the whole grades as a csv file.

Great!
