To help deal with distance assessment, I aim to use a combination of quizzes and the Question creation activity.
I have set up a Question creation activity, which works normally until the grading stage. Five short questions are required.
The 'final grade' appears as 0 here although the 5 questions have been graded:
The grade also appears as 0 in the gradebook.
The student view of the activity reveals that the
automatic grades are subtracted from the manual grades and the manual grades are not counted, which explains the 0 grade.
More information: When I change the settings of the activity in the gradebook, the message "Invalid course module ID" appears but the new settings are applied.
We are using Moodle 3.6. The cron "\mod_qcreate\task\update_grades is set to run every minute.
Could anyone suggest why this is happening?
