My Moodle system was install in Apache/Linux for PHP Source and SQL Server (Windows) for database.
There are more than 30k active users (130k users totally). Con-current connections are around 500-1000 (Google Analytics). More than 10k courses.
The system was install in Cloud (Virtual Machine), It is often slow and overloaded, but RAM and CPU are not used at 50%.
I don't know reason why. Please help me to scale the system or any solution such as load balance/clustering for 2000-5000 con-current connection?
