I made a template that pulls info from the profile of any user in a course with the instructor role. It pulls the name, email address, profile description and profile picture and displays it in a bootstrap card.
You can probably modify from here. You could just duplicate and change the roleid value and stack them and re-create the effect of the Course Contacts block.
