Hi Salam Alykom,
How can I prevent non-editing teachers from seeing the hidden quizzes (or everything hidden in the course).
Also, how can I allow them to delete their students' attempts of the quiz?

Site administration / Users / Permissions / Define roles / Teacher (non-editing)
/ View hidden
activities: Prevent / Save changes.
Site administration / Users / Permissions / Define roles / Teacher (non-editing) / Delete quiz
attempts: Allow / Save changes.
Don't overlook to click on.
