Badges not being awarded on completionof courseware or quiz

Hello

I am a MoodleCloud user and have workplace training courseware configured. Some are simple and just required clicking through the videos and courseware and some are interactive and also require a passmark to successfully complete at which point a badge will be awarded.

Unfortunately, only one badge is being consistently award for a simple course while all other courseware simple or quiz are not  

I am using MoodleCloud Version 3.8.1 Free, 50 users (not using all 50) and 200MB (only using 50MB)

I have removed all badges for courseware and re-added 

Just wondering if I mave missed something in the Badges FAQ or Documentation

Hello,
Using Moodle 3.10.1 (Build: 20210118).
Have similar problem, the badge is not awarded:
Badge
Does not matter what Min grade I input, it does not award a badge.

With activities completion it is awarded, no problem there:

I need for the badge to awarded when a student completes a course with 100%. 
NOTE: 62 is max grade what a Student ca receive during the course.

Help Please.
