Moodle 3.8

IIS 8

PHP 7.2

MariaDB 10.x

Presently using XAAMP for testing.

Trying to backup to IMCC  - and am getting the following errors:

common cartridge error

 and also this:


2nd common cartridge error


This is one course in particular that has this issue. most of the others do not have this issue.

The items in question are Pages in the Moodle course site.

Not sure what I should be looking for.

We have tried this on our live site, but there is no IMS Common Catridge 1.1. check box. So had to backup from live site, then upload backup to XAMPP test site then try to backup to IMCC.

I think you are likely to find the issue lies with XAAMP rather than Moodle. The server/php/dbase setup has something funny in it, I'm sure. Never been keen enough to track it down, even if I could, just gave up on it in the end. There just seemed a cascade of failures that was just frustrating and all, I suspect, stemmed from the same cause. Seriously suggest you dump XAAMP and rebuild as a complete server solution of your own.
